These nostalgic and original flavors are perfect for sharing with guests, gifting to ice cream-loving loved ones, or keeping all to yourself 😉

So what are the flavors?!

__Pistachio truffle - the culmination of two iconic ingredients: pistachio and white chocolate truffle. In this ice cream, we take our methods from Italian gelato, by cold stone grinding pistachios in-house to create a smooth, flavor-packed paste. We then interplay the pistachio with ultra creamy white chocolate truffle ice cream creating a symphony of sweet and savory.

__Chili Cocoa - With deep reverence to chocolate, we created Chilli Cocoa. A rich chocolate ice cream made with Belgium cocoa and chocolate blocks. We weave through the decadent ice cream with heat from chilis and warmth from cinnamon. We finish this ice cream with fair trade cocoa nibs sprinkled throughout for a hearty crunch.

__Bourbon Brownie - This is perhaps the pinnacle of holiday desserts. We gave the classic eggnog a new form and, thus, new meaning. We defied all ice cream customs and rules by crafting this flavor with 2X more yolks and fresh grinding whole nutmegs and ceylon cinnamon sticks in every batch. We then spiked the custard with bourbon distilled here in Detroit using the finest cuts of corn, rye and roasted barley. This beautiful, high-brow ice cream is then made approachable with housemade gooey brownies. This is the very best way to have eggnog.

__Pepper Mintshake - like the shake you can't get on Sunday. We deconstructed a peppermint milkshake, took out all of the artificial stuff and put it all back together in a cold creamy ice cream. Michigan cherry sauce is swirled throughout the organic pink peppermint ice cream and studded with peppermint bark. No straw needed.

__Salted Maple Crunch- an ice cream built to highlight the prize of Michigan Maple Trees. We crafted a blank ice cream canvas for the maple syrup's rich toffee & caramel notes to shine through. We then sparingly placed chunks of our peanut cornflake brittle to break the maple's sweetness so that you can experience it's sweet embrace again and again.

__Sea Salt Butter Cake - we couldn’t help but add our most beloved flavor!
